Assistant Director
The Assistant Director, one of two full-time positions on the Life Together team, will bring a high level of consistency and rigor to our administrative and operations systems and to our engagement with the community of non-profits, "site placements" and Fellows living and working with Life Together.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage databases, finances and keep track of specifics.
- Strong organizational skills. Likes to keep track of and move forward details on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills. Ability to support and collaborate successfully with multiple constituents inside and outside of the organization.
- Comfortable working in a highly entrepreneurial environment and the willingness to contribute as needed to an emerging organization.
- Self-initiated problem solver.
- Confidence with technology – willingness to learn new systems and become proficient enough to support others; an understanding of IBANK or Quicken would be ideal.
- A passionate commitment to Christian spirituality and social justice; priority will be given to candidates who have a background in spirituality; an understanding of the Episcopal Church is a plus
- A sense of humor and ability to give and take feedback.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent via years of work experience required
